1. Your Consumer Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if a product has a major failure. You may also be entitled to compensation if the product causes any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. These rights cannot be excluded or limited by our policies.

2. Voluntary Return Period

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return window for unopened products purchased from our website. To be eligible:

  • The product must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
  • The product must be in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We are unable to accept returns for opened or partially used products under our voluntary return policy (except where a statutory guarantee applies).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at connect-us-@vodnarextyvel.world with the following information:

  • Your full name and delivery address
  • Order number or date of purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs if the product arrived damaged or defective

We will respond within 3 business days to confirm return eligibility and provide return instructions.

4. Return Postage

Where the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item dispatched or a statutory guarantee failure, we will cover the cost of return postage. For change-of-mind returns under our voluntary policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it following the process above and place a new order.

If you are not satisfied with our response to a return or complaint, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au or your state's consumer affairs office for further assistance.
